Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a Hardee's unit in Virginia. You will lead the restaurant team, drive guest satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety, and mentor crew through hands-on leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team; drive sales growth while upholding quality and cleanliness.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Control labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train the management team and crew using current training systems.
• Evaluate performance at company designated intervals.
• Design development plans with each employee to improve performance.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with the management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory to meet food cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Manage cash and enforce cash handling procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
