Job summary

Applebee’s is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability by directing the team and modeling great service.

You will oversee all food quality, sanitation, safety and training, while achieving sales and labor goals. The role requires 2+ years of foodservice management, HS diploma or GED, and ServeSafe preferred. We offer opportunities for development and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Supervise managers and team members to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop staff and manage labor costs.
