Applebee’s is hiring a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and drive performance. You will direct the operation, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage profitability while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability.
• Direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members
