Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Taco Bell locations in Pontiac, IL. You will drive profitability, enforce brand standards, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety, while coaching staff to improve service speed and quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of leadership in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building ability.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Dynamic, energetic leader able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain facilities/equipment to brand standards with preventive maintenance.
• Monitor sales/ops performance; guide the team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
