Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and a front- and back-of-house team. The GM will work with the District Manager to ensure top-tier customer service and strong operational results.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; communicate expectations and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards; manage inventory and record keeping.
• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional customer service and operations.
