Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager in directing daily store operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading the front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, work with HR on performance issues, conduct regular store inspections, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in partnership with District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members.
• Coach and manage performance; enforce policies.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation standards.
• Inspect restaurant operations and manage inventory.
