Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and read English
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant floor operations and guest interactions to ensure high service standards.
• Develop and implement annual financial, local marketing, and HR objectives.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; coach performance and document issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; follow SOPs and operations plan.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment condition, sanitation, and safety measures.
