Job summary

Twin Peaks in Baton Rouge seeks an experienced General Manager to direct store operations, lead a team, and drive profitability while delivering best-in-class service and hospitality.

You will control costs, execute local marketing and recruiting, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. The role requires coaching and developing staff to uphold Twin Peaks standards daily.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish helpful.
• Must complete Twin Peaks manager training and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to create and maintain profitability and best-in-class service.
• Manage costs, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts while ensuring policy compliance.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and QA checks; ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Coach and develop team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Execute Steps of Service to deliver PEAKS service at every table and cast suitable staff.
• Oversee scheduling, training materials, and performance-based scheduling.
• Handle cash, drawers, deposits, and payroll-related tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain professional image and a positive work environment free of harassment.
