Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction and strong store performance. You will lead a dynamic team, coach frontline staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to uphold brand values and operational excellence.

You will drive sales, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and recruit Twin Peaks Girls per audition guidelines while delivering PEAKS service at every table.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Must attend orientation and complete Twin Peaks manager training prior to shift supervision.

Responsibilities

• Must follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines.
• Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance Checks.
• Ensure that alcohol is always served responsibly and in accordance with the law.
• Drive sales by working with all team members to execute operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Respectfully handle issues of discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy.
• Maintain an atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, poor attitude, or poor work performance.
• Coach and counsel; teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet Audition Guidelines requirements.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service to every table.
• Maintain organized training schedules, programs and materials for new employees.
• Execute training and development programs including personal development.
