Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an experienced Manager to direct daily store operations, lead a team of kitchen and serving staff, and ensure exceptional hospitality and profitability. The role emphasizes cost control, local store marketing, recruiting, and adherence to employment and incident documentation policies.

The candidate will coach and supervise team members, maintain training programs, and uphold Health Code standards while ensuring responsible alcohol service and a superior guest

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish and/or Creole helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to deliver best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Twin Peaks Girls and other team members.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and drive PEAKS service at every table.
• Manage cash handling, drawer assignments, and bank deposits accurately.
• Enforce health codes, safety standards, and company policies; address harassment concerns.
