Job summary

Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to direct daily restaurant operations, lead and train staff, and drive sales and profitability. You will ensure guest satisfaction, implement company policies, and maintain safety and quality standards.

In this role you will manage scheduling, labor and food costs, foster a positive work culture, and uphold brand expectations across service and kitchen teams. Excellent leadership and guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food or casual dining.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college/culinary schooling preferred.
• Strong communication, planning and guest service orientation are essential.
• Experience in managing cost controls and operations is preferred.

Responsibilities
