Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling is a plus.
• Alcohol service requirements per state apply for manager positions.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies and systems.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Foster a culture of engagement; coach and mentor team members for success.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage P&L: control food, labor, and other controllable costs; inventory control.
• Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs and initiatives.
