Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience required.
• 4-6 years of leadership in family, fast-food or casual dining preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.
• State alcohol serving requirements for manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations and staff in alignment with company policies and systems.
• Lead, train, and develop direct reports; recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate staff.
• Drive sales, control costs, and enhance profitability; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team to achieve guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Communicate performance metrics and corporate initiatives to staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and company policies.
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and weekly schedules for optimal operations.
