Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery seeks a strong restaurant manager to drive profitability while ensuring exceptional guest service. You will lead unit staffing, recruit and train team members, and supervise performance reviews to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, maintaining ServSafe certification, scheduling, and ensuring proper food preparation and safety. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at Perkins

Qualifications

• Two years previous management experience, preferably in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Clear guest and vendor communication in person and by phone.
• Ability to operate the cash register.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve plan profit levels while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower, ensuring training of all employees including sub-managers.
• Recruit, train, and conduct new hire orientation.
• Perform annual employee reviews and merit increases documentation.
• Attend University of Perkins and complete coursework; maintain ServSafe certification.
