Job summary

You will supervise the restaurant staff, manage schedules, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years previous experience in a management role in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and supervise manpower and training of all employees, including subordinate managers.
• Recruit, train, and conduct new hire orientation for staff.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and manage merit increases.
