Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in food service.
• High school diploma required; college preference.
• Clear communication with guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Able to operate the cash register.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve planned profit levels while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Plan unit manpower and train staff including subordinate managers.
• Recruitment, training, and orientation for new hires.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and merit increases.
• Attend Perkins coursework and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling across the restaurant.
