Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a manager to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, enforce policies, and maintain safe, efficient service.

Required is 1-2 years of managerial experience in food service, with a High school diploma (some college preferred). The role offers growth opportunities within the Perkins family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented safely and sanitarily.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews for dining room personnel.
• Ensure accurate financial data including payroll, cash, and operating expenses.
• Attend unit management meetings and drive achievement of objectives.
• Address issues and improve processes to maximize guest satisfaction.
