Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
• Experience: at least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge: labor and employment laws, health and safety regulations.
• Skills: strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Supervise operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Handle opening/closing duties and guest/employee issues.
• Plan and control food, labor, and inventory for cost efficiency.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance of drive-in and equipment, vendor performance, and policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and sanitation standards.
