Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a leading Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, and controlling costs while upholding safety and brand standards. The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail, ServeSafe certification, and willingness to work 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Exempt management position; 50+ hours per week; schedule flexibility.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive a great guest experience with friendly, efficient service.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and cost controls to meet business goals.
• Enforce safety, health, and brand standards consistently.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
