Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Minnesota. You will reinforce core values and drive a safe, welcoming environment while building a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.

This exempt management role requires 3+ years in hospitality, P&L experience, and proven hiring and development ability. Expect 50-hour weeks and a performance-driven culture with top pay and bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team providing great food and friendly service.
