Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to lead restaurant operations, reinforce our core values, and build a strong team delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality food.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/retail, ServeSafe certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.

Responsabilidades

• Reinforce Border Foods CORE values (Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment).
• Operate the restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule and deploy team, monitor performance, and ensure safe, quality service.
• Maintain POS system health and handle pricing/menu changes; ensure health and safety standards.
