Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our Taco Bell franchise locations in Minnesota. You will guide restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding Border Foods Core Values.

This exempt leadership role offers a strong base pay with a lucrative bonus potential, plus benefits including education programs, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays; exempt management position (50+ hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Drive profitability by managing labor, costs and guest experience.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, training and performance management.
