Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the restaurant and lead a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality, and model Border Foods CORE values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
