Qualifications
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
- Ensure safe, friendly and high-quality guest experiences.
- Lead scheduling, budgeting and cost control to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
