Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage labor and costs, and enforce core values to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail, strong leadership, and a track record in hiring and retention. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits are offered in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Exempt management position with 50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment and provide great food and friendly service.
• Schedule and deploy the team, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
