Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safe, high‑quality food and experiences.
• Lead scheduling and deployment of team members to meet business needs.
• Manage cash handling and compliance with policies and local laws.
