Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position with a 50-hour workweek requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive food quality, guest experience, and safe service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs.
