Border Foods LLC is hiring a General Manager to lead the restaurant, uphold our CORE values, and build a strong, guest-focused team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.

You will own operations, drive profitability, manage people, and ensure safety and quality while supporting career growth in a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position with a 50 hours per week minimum.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• ServeSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure safe, high‑quality food and friendly service to customers.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and accountability of team members.
• Drive profitability by monitoring P&L and optimizing labor and costs.
