Job summary

You will be responsible for the operation of an entire Taco Bell restaurant within a franchisee framework, building a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. You’ll hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, conduct orientation, and craft training plans for new hires.

You’ll also handle scheduling, deployment of staff, address performance issues, and oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans to ensure profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing shifts.
