You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, run onboarding and training plans, schedule shifts, address performance issues, and oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans; franchisees set wage and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Find, hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new hire orientation and training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively; address performance issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Ensure the team is trained and developed; interact well with customers, management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Make sure the team understands and acts on business priorities.
