Job summary

shamrocktbc is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the entire operation of a Taco Bell franchise unit. You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, conduct orientation and design training plans for new hires, and ensure optimal staffing and deployment of the team to deliver great food and service.

You will also be responsible for scheduling, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
