Job summary

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the TEAM to deliver great food and friendly service, while shaping the work environment and driving restaurant performance.

You'll hire and develop people, schedule and deploy staff, address performance issues, manage the budget and financial plans, and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude. This role offers growth within a franchisee-owned business.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
