Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff to improve performance and reach company standards.
• Ensure performance plans are followed, communicate expectations, and review compensation actions.
