Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee restaurant operations, coaching staff, and aligning daily activities with DRG’s standards for quality and profitability.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and brand guidelines. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to support peak hours across Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain health card per local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the team to drive guest satisfaction.
• Ensure world-class operations and exceptional service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Lead with integrity and an open-door policy.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
