Job summary

DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant team, mentor staff and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will drive profitability, recruit selectively, train consistently and uphold DRG values in daily operations.

The GM will coordinate with Area Coaches and Directors of Operations, manage P&L, and foster a culture that is inclusive, engaging and safety-conscious across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience with leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• ServSafe certification required.
