• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to align with Brand vision and values.
• Train, coach, and develop top talent to meet goals in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, service, maintenance, and financial accountability.
• Monitor operations across shifts and manage customer service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Drive local store marketing plans with District Manager.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to drive margins.
• Lead performance management and accountability through company tools.
• Maintain Open Door policy and effective communication.
