Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to direct daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, aligning with brand vision and values. You will lead talent selection, training, and coaching to achieve goals in people, customer service, sales, and profit.

The RGM will ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, service, facilities, and financial accountability, while fostering a customer-focused culture and high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant in line with brand standards.
• Train and coach staff to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.
• Oversee customer service, food preparation, and safety programs.
• Monitor restaurant performance and drive margin and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
