Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction. You will supervise all staff, enforce company policies, and manage daily performance to meet financial targets.

The role requires 2 years in a management role in food service, strong communication, and the ability to schedule, train, and develop the team while upholding high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Two years previous experience in a management role; preferably in the food service industry.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze restaurant unit manpower and development of staff.
• Recruit, train, and orient new hires; conduct annual performance reviews.
