Taco Bell Corp. seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train top performers, and set the gold standard for guest experiences.

You’ll oversee onboarding, development, and culture, and drive scheduling, budget control, and profitability while ensuring safety and brand standards. A strong track record in restaurant or retail management and people development is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms
• Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs
• Champions equity, inclusion and belonging
• Experience in recruiting and training teams
• Adaptable to change and change management
• Adheres to corporate policies and occupational health and food safety standards

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize top performers and foster an inclusive culture.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards and lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and strive to exceed their standards, including digital presence and loyalty programs.
