Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and manage daily operations. This role emphasizes building a strong, customer-focused culture and achieving financial targets through effective staff deployment.

The GM will hire and train employees, schedule and coach the team, and ensure seamless operation while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and strong math/accounting skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver great food and friendly service.
• Hire, onboard, and develop employees; execute training plans for new hires.
• Schedule staff, manage performance, resolve customer issues, and monitor budget and financial plans.
