Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, set the tone of hospitality, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You will develop people, coach staff, and ensure high standards of service.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, scheduling, budgeting, food safety, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace. Strong leadership, communication, and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' management experience with responsibility for financial results.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service.
• Strong verbal, reading, and math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with food safety in mind.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Find, hire, and develop crew members and shift managers.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training plans for each new hire.
• Schedule and deploy the team appropriately.
• Address performance issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems.
• Trains and motivates team members; maintain speed of service standards.
• Prepare food products and maintain quality to meet standards.
• Monitor service equipment and facility cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate openly with Restaurant Management about issues and concerns.
