Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, onboard and develop employees; conduct training plans.
• Schedule staff, manage performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.
