Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee operating across Michigan and nearby states, seeks a ambitious Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our restaurants to meet brand standards and drive profits.

You will build a capable team, recruit and train top talent, manage labor, inventory, and health and safety, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining speed and quality. The role requires 50-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building ability.
• Willing to work a 50-hour week including evenings, weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet brand standards and policies.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Coach and mentor team; recruit and train talent.
