Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Willingness to work a 50‑hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet brand standards and policies.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, food quality, and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store team members and managers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and customer experience.
• Drive profitability through cash control and efficient operations.
