Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Michigan. You will lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, maximize profits, and coach a motivated team to deliver fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, safety, inventory, scheduling, and upkeep, execute annual operating plans, and resolve issues with effective leadership. A 50-hour workweek is expected, with evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week.
