Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead people development and coaching to build a capable, high-performing team.
• Deliver consistent guest experiences per brand standards and initiatives.
• Drive sales, profits, and brand growth through effective menu execution and operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including labor, inventory, and health & safety.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and coach staff to exceed service expectations.
