Responsibilities include team leadership, operational excellence, budget control, and staff development. Candidates should have restaurant leadership experience, basic English proficiency, and knowledge of health/safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: identify, train and mentor high-potential team members.
• Operational Excellence: drive world-class service and clean, high-quality food.
• P&L Management: optimize costs for profitability and financial health.
• Leadership: act as liaison between upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Training & Development: conduct ongoing workshops and real-time feedback.
• Culture & Values: reinforce DRG values and foster inclusivity.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies and local regulations.
