Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-potential restaurant team.
• Oversee operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability.
• Manage P&L and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Lead hiring, staffing, and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
