Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking a General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant in California. You will mentor a team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and deliver strong financial results through disciplined people, training, and operations.

Responsibilities include team development, maintaining world-class service and facilities, cost control, and upholding DRG's culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam required; health card as per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of high-potential individuals.
• Strive for world-class operations with excellent customer service and strong financials.
• Maintain cost control to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Lead and liaise between upper management and staff with an open-door policy.
• Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide real-time feedback.
