Diversified Restaurant Group is hiring a General Manager (GM) for a Taco Bell restaurant under Golden Gate Bell, LLC. The GM mentors the team, drives operational excellence, and leads recruitment and training to ensure superior customer experience and profitability.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, managing costs, and liaising between upper management and staff while upholding DRG values and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.
